Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Salt & Stitch Co. operated by Salt & Stitch Company LLC.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Gift Returns & Exchanges

Salt & Stitch Co. does NOT offer refunds on any personalized products purchased from our store. Returns can ONLY be processed on non-personalized items.

If you received an item from us as a gift, you have 30 days to return the purchase for an exchange or store credit. The item must be in the exact condition it was sold in. To process the return, we require either a gift receipt or the name of the gifter and the date you received the gift. 

If you purchased an item with us in store and are unhappy with it for any reason you have 5 days from the day of delivery to request a return through email or our website portal. This policy does not apply to any custom item. Returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit ONLY unless otherwise agreed upon a case-by-case basis. 

Please note due to issues in the past all items must be returned to Salt & Stitch Co. and received by us before anything will be processed.

Items bought through our SALE Collection or SALERACK collection are considered FINAL SALE - AS IS and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

ALL EXCHANGES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged item from us, you may be eligible to replace or exchange the product. Please provide photographs of the damages to saltandstitchco@outlook.com to begin the process. Please note all items must be returned to Salt & Stitch before anything can be processed. If you are eligible for a refund, both the initial and return shipping fees will be taken from your refund total before it is sent.  

Items bought through our SALE Collection or SALERACK collection are considered FINAL SALE AS IS and are not eligible for returns or exchanges if damaged, stained, or sun-faded.

ALL EXCHANGES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
