Shipping & Return Policy

At Salt & Stitch Co., we take pride in processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible.

All standard orders ship via UPS or USPS within 3–7 business days of purchase.
Monogrammed and personalized items require additional processing time and will ship within 12 business days.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

We want you to love your Salt & Stitch Co. purchase! Please review our return policy carefully:

Personalized and monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-personalized items are eligible for store credit or exchange if a return request is made within 5 days of in-store purchase or delivery date.
Returns can be processed in-store or online. If processing online, items must be shipped back to the store before any exchange or store credit is issued.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for store credit or exchange.
